Kobayashi, the headmaster of Tomoe Gakuen, a very innovative school. But her mother realized that Totto-chan needs a different learning environment, which will allow her freedom of expressions, her curiosity. She was getting expelled from conventional public schools for having mere child-centered characteristics, such as being curious, expressive, etc and she was not understanding what is her fault, though actually there was none. But if one had seen her initial couple of years in school days, the person would have imagined her future in very different perspective.
